OPERATING STEPS:

1. Remove the protective cap.

2. Wash electrodes in distilled water, and dry it by filter paper.

3.Turn on by "ON-OFF" switch.

4. Put electrode into liquid which is to be test, and stir lightly. Wait until the digital is stable, Slide the [ms/us] switch to "ms" or "us", read the final value.

5. After use, wash electrodes, put on protective cap.

1. Slide the [ ms/us] switch to "ms" position, then dip conductivity electrode into 12.88ms/cm standard buffer solution, and shake lightly.

2. When the showing value is stable, adjust by bottom "ms/cm"until it shows 12.88ms/cm. Wash electrode in distilled water and dry it with filter paper.

3. Dip the device into 1413us/cm(1.41EC) standard solution, slide the [ms/us]switch to "us" position, when the showing value is stable, adjust by bottom "us/cm" until it shows 1413 us/cm.

CAUTIONS:

1. While testing please stir electrodes, and avoid the bubbles on it. Else it will affect the result.

2. If the error is too big or EC value is not going back to 0, dip EC electrode into ethyl alcohol and shake for 5-10 seconds to wash the electrode.
