Setup instruction: If temperature is in the interval after power-on please start output in time .Disconnect in stopped time.

SET Function switch/ startup &shutdown

Under the state of start-up ,press “SET” button three seconds for startup & Shutdown, if it is power-off after shutdown, it will keeping state of shutdown when power-on again. During the normal use . pressing “SET” button switch into F-1 (Discontinuous operation) ,F-2 (regularly shutdown),F-3 (regularly startup) ,switch function (F1-F3 is additional function of use ,it is no influence to set temperature controller )

Temperature correction

Unplug the thermostat ,press “SET” button to be power-on, enter into temperature correction function. Screen displaying---000----.Increase or reduce temperature based on temperature before corrected. Max range is -9.9-99℃,Completed the correction ,Actual temperature=value of before correction temperature +correction of value.

Self-checking function

Press the left temperature setting button ▲▼ at the same time to be power-on then enter into self-checking function.

Restore factory setting.

Press the left temperature setting button ▲▼ at the same time to be power-on ，screen displaying 88-888-888,Completed restore factory setting after buzzer alarmed.

Product installment steps

1. Connected and fixed main board and plastic panel by pillars then locked nuts.

2. Refer to circuit diagram to connect power supply and load control line.

3. Open 70*50 hole on case according to drawing.

4. Put the temperature sensor to a place where need to controlled by temperature,

set the start-up and start off and stop temperature according to demand.

Judge mode of heating and cooling automatically.

Start-up temperature

For example to control heating water

Stop heating at 60 ℃ after that heating again when temperature drop to 45℃

Setting mode:

Set started-up temperature at 45℃,set stop temperature at 60℃

Setting method showing as follow,

Start-up temperature ＞stop temperature=cooling mode

For example to control greenhouse heat dissipation

Start-up the ventilation fan when temperature at 35℃，stop when temperature at 35 ℃

Setting mode:

Setting Start-up temperature at 35℃，setting stop temperature at 32℃
