Xhorse VVDI MLB Tool XDMLB0 Key Programmer for Audi VW Porsche MLB Add Key Work with VVDI2 Key Tool Plus Pad

Product Overview

The Xhorse VVDI MLB Tool (XDMLB0) is a dedicated MLB immobilizer Key Programmer designed for adding keys on Audi, Porsche, Volkswagen, Lamborghini, Bentley and other MLB platform vehicles. It works together with VVDI2 or Key Tool Plus Pad/Midi, requiring only key-shell disassembly instead of chip removal, and delivers wireless key reading, writing and generation through its integrated 22K reader.

Core Highlights

Product Highlights

• Ultra capable in reading, writing and calculating.
• No points required when using VVDI MLB specialized key.

The following two scenarios require points deduction for MLB calculations:

• When adding keys, points will be deducted to calculate the IMMO data.
• When doing key recovery, the second-hand key has been initialized and unlocked, but does not have the IMMO data of the key. You need to deduct a few points to collect and calculate the IMMO data of the key before it can be restored.

Notice for the Original Key

• Unlocked uninitialized with id: can generate key directly to learn key.
• Unlocked and uninitialized without id: allows to change the id once.
• Unlocked and initialized: can restore key to unlocked and uninitialized state by calculating anti-theft data, no id.
• Locked and initialized original key cannot be unlocked.

Key Functions

• Work with VVDI2 / Key Tool Plus Pad / Midi for MLB immobilizer key learning; supports VVDI MLB special submachine and original key. VVDI2 requires VV-05 MQB and VV-02 VAG IMMO5 license activated.
• Excel in key adding for MLB models — support adding keys for Audi, Porsche, Volkswagen, Lamborghini, Bentley, and other MLB vehicle models.
• No need to remove the chip — key data calculation requires only disassembly of the key shell, with no need to remove the chip. Integrated with a 22K reader, it enables wireless key reading and writing without shell removal.
• Wireless key generation for ultimate convenience — generate original dealership keys and Xhorse specialized keys wirelessly.
• Immo detection made easy — built-in Immo detection module supports wireless key recognition.
• Compatibility with original keys and Xhorse specialized keys — support brand-new original keys (uninitialized/initialized) and can verify the status of the original keys. Support VVDI MLB specialized keys for unlimited reuse.
• Rewrite uninitialized key IDs — support rewriting uninitialized original key IDs.
• No need for on-vehicle data collection — simply collect key data, upload for calculation, and obtain Immo data without needing to access the vehicle.

Software Display

Users are required to bind MLB-Tool with Xhorse App to perform immo data online calculation. Go to Special Function - Bind Device and scan QR code to bind device. Software update online, current version 1.0.3.0 (software free download), operating system: Win10, Win11.

MLB PC Software is required when you use with VVDI2. If use with VVDI Key Tool Plus, connect MLB-Tool with KTP via the OTG converter. Then you collect key data, make dealer key and learn key all in the Key Tool Plus.

FAQs

Q: Points Cost and Collection Method Selection

• Collect the original vehicle key: 200 points.
• Collect the original vehicle key, but you have a VVDI MLB key: waive the current collection points. Each MLB key can only waive points once.

Q: Common Issues with Collection Failures

• VCC1 and VCC2 are reversed.
• The capacitor was removed incorrectly.
• Short circuit in soldering.
• Data collection requires wireless reading of the key simultaneously; if the key is not positioned correctly, it will not be sensed.

Q: About Matching Devices

• MLB-TOOL can work with KEY TOOL PLUS or VVDI2.
• For vehicles from 2023 onwards, due to SFD restrictions from manufacturers, SFD must be remotely unlocked before the matching device can be used.

Q: About Supported Keys
